Mr. Rod Lopez deserves all five start and more. Highly professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated, he helped us buy our first house. It was an extensive process as the house had a failed septic which needed to be replaced and he was with us every step of the way, negotiating, answering every call, text, and email. If he did not have an immediate answer to any of our queries, he would try and get it as soon as possible. No request was too small for him if it facilitated things to move forward. Thanks to his previous experience as an appraiser, his judgement and advice on the true value of the houses we were contemplating to purchase were on point. One thing we are thankful for among others was that he never tried to push us to buy a property, he always waited for us to make our own decisions. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have found him as our buying agent. We would engage his expertise again and would highly recommend him to anyone.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rod Lopez. He is an amazing realtor and a wonderful human being. I first worked with Rod when he was finding a rental home for my family 6 years ago. Back then he was thorough, extremely patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He took me everywhere I wanted to go, made suggestions, and finally helped us through the renting negotiations. A real gem and a life saver! I was very impressed from the first meeting I had with Alisa DiGirolamo, because she has a deep understanding about my budget and more importantly where I want to live with my daughter. She is a great listener, we discussed a timeline to find a house that I could do renovation and move in at a certain time and I was thinking that's a challenge that can take months, well she proved me wrong with her experience, she did the maximum work and find me the perfect house in a perfect neighborhood that I had no Idea that existed in one week. Even though the market was very competitive, she managed to find me a great house and a great deal under my original budget. She has tremendous experience in the local market, she is an amazing negotiator, she provides us with the best quality home inspector and makes sure all parties are on the same page with the timeline. I did the closing on the house and best of all she made sure to find us the best contractor that same day after closing to start our renovation. We met Rod through an online real estate site for a showing, and couldn’t have been more satisfied with the process. While the process of home buying was much more difficult than we’d imagined, based on the levels of competitiveness, and the “hotness” of the market at the time, Rod gave us excellent guidance, unflagging availability, and deep knowledge about a wide range of homes that we looked at. Particular high points were helping us find ways to make competitive offers in a market where we were regularly outbid by many tens of thousands over the asking prices.
